Brit Mayes is a certified yoga teacher in Hatha and Vinyasa, and a Reiki practitioner, devoted to guiding others into deeper alignment with their true selves. Through her travels around the world, she has been guided by mentors and teachings rooted in ancient wisdom, shaping the foundation of her work and perspective.

With a deep connection to the divine, Brit’s path is one of service—helping others rediscover their own inner truth and soul’s purpose. Her offerings are an invitation to slow down, soften, and return inward. Through yoga, energy work, and intuitive guidance, she supports others in remembering that nothing is missing—everything is already within. This is the essence of back2being.
