back2being is a space to slow down, reconnect, and return to your natural state through yoga, Reiki, and spiritual alignment. It was created from a deep knowing that in today’s fast-paced world, many of us have become disconnected—from our bodies, our breath, and our inner truth.
Through my own journey, I realized that nothing outside of us is meant to complete us—everything we are seeking already exists within. back2being was created as a space to come back to that truth. A space to pause, to listen, and to remember who you are beneath the noise, expectations, and constant movement of life.
Each offering is an invitation to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level—physically, energetically, and spiritually. This is not about becoming someone new, but about returning to who you’ve always been.

There are 3 Yoga Practice Offerings.
Hatha Yoga is a slower, more intentional practice focused on holding postures and deepening the breath. It allows you to build strength, increase flexibility, and create a sense of calm and stability within the body and mind. This style is ideal for those looking to slow down, ground, and move with awareness.
Vinyasa Yoga is a fluid, breath-led practice that links movement with breath in a continuous flow. It builds strength, improves mobility, and encourages a natural rhythm within the body. This style is perfect for those looking to move energy, release tension, and feel more connected through motion.
Personalized yoga sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether practiced online or in the comfort of your own home, each session is tailored to your body, your goals, and your energy.
This one-on-one experience allows for a deeper level of attention and intention—supporting everything from flexibility and strength to stress relief, recovery, and overall balance. Through guided movement, breathwork, and mindful awareness, you are given the space to move at your own pace and reconnect with yourself in a more personal way.
All styles are an invitation to return to yourself—meeting you exactly where you are, and guiding you back2being. Group classes are held on Sundays and private lessons on Saturdays.
